CASA Glynn Inc.: Trains, supports, and supervises Court Appointed Social Advocates to act as court appointed advocates for children in the Glynn County Juvenile Court System. Coastal Medical Access Project (CMAP): Provides access to health care for uninsured residents of Camden, Glynn and McIntosh counties. Acesses free medication for MedBank members in 13 southeast GA counties. Provides chronic disease prevention and management. (912) 554-3559. http://www.cmapga.org/

Glynn Community Crisis Center/Amity House: An emergency shelter for battered/ abused women and their children providing free confidential, safe shelter, support groups, legal advocacy, crisis line, counseling, referrals and education. (912) 264-4357. http://www.amityhouse-gccc.com/

Golden Isles Children’s Center: Child friendly facility for the investigation, intervention, treatment, and prevention of child abuse, sexual, physical, emotional and neglect and treatment for child victims and families. (912) 554-0609. http://www.glynncounty.org/

Healthy Families (a program of Coastal Coalition for Children): An in-home visitation program following a national model that supports first time moms with high risk factors, building a strong support system for the child through educating the mom, teaching goal setting and other skills with self-sufficiency as the ultimate goal. Heather House of Glynn: Provides a safe living environment for alcohol and drug addicted women, with no home or resources, to live and change their lives without having to use alcohol or drugs. (912) 554-3660

Hospice of the Golden Isles: Provides skilled medical, spiritual, and emotional support for terminally ill patients and their families in five counties. Also offers grief and bereavement counseling for the community. (912) 265-4735. http://www.hospice.me/

Medical Transportation (a program of Coastal Georgia RDC): Medical transportation is provided to dialysis facilities and some medical appointments within Glynn and McIntosh counties for the elderly (primarily) and others in need of transportation. (912) 262-2830. http://www.coastalgeorgiardc.org/

SHARE (Speech, Hearing and Rehabilitation Enterprises): Provides Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy, Adult Day Care, and Vocational Development/Independent Living skills for people with disabilities in Glynn and surrounding counties. Senior Citizens, Inc. - Senior Activity Center Senior Activity Center in McIntosh county provides a place for ambulatory seniors to gather for lunch, solicitation and activities. Activities include filed trips, educational programming, social opportunities, and hot lunches. (912)236-0363
