The goal of the Young Leaders Society of Coastal Georgia is to encourage individuals ages 40 and under, from diverse professional backgrounds, to understand community impact, while developing leadership skills and building both personal and professional relationships. This group provides fun and exciting ways for Glynn and McIntosh County's Young Leaders to network, gain leadership skills and serve the community.
The mission of YLS is to build the capacity of young and emerging leaders to impact community change and provide them with opportunities to meet successful business and civic leaders to share ideas and philosophies to better themselves and the community.

Who are YLS Members?

Individuals who pledge $500 annually to United Way of Coastal Georgia or $250 and commit to 15 hours of community service
